This Terms of Use Agreement is a contract between you and the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies (“Mitchell Institute”). All transactions, activities and all other uses of this Web site at mitchellaerospacepower.org (“Website”) are covered by this Agreement. Use of this site is also addressed by Mitchell Institute’s Privacy Policy.  By using the Mitchell Institute Web site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, regardless of whether you are a member of the Mitchell Institute.  If you do not agree, you should leave the Website and discontinue use of the services provided on the Web site.

ACCESS AND USE

The contents of this Website are for personal, non-commercial purposes. Information contained on this Website may not be used for commercial purposes including personal contact information of the Mitchell Institute leadership, members, suppliers and business partners and staff.

The Mitchell Institute will take appropriate action about claims of infringement that it receives and will take appropriate action as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

TERM

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website or its Content as well as after your status as a user ceases. The Mitchell Institute shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate access rights to this site to any party.

FURTHER PROVISIONS

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and the Mitchell Institute about the use of the Mitchell Web site. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement may be modified by the Mitchell Institute in its sole discretion from time to time.
