Mr. Gordon Chang and Mr. Rick Fisher join us to discuss Chinese political, economic, and military objectives in the context of its nuclear policy and, in particular, the nature and extent of China’s nuclear weapons modernization. They also explore China’s No First Use policy, the country’s role in proliferation, its view on nuclear deterrence, and Chinese nuclear coercion. Both experts also share what they believe the U.S. policy should be in response.
