Building on their work first published as a Mitchell Institute Policy Paper in December 2017, this expanded study features new information and perspectives on policy changes enacted via the FY 2018 National Defense Authorization Act, key expert perspectives on evolving space issues, as well as new full-color artwork and illustrations.
